Refund and Returns Policy for Jane Morse Art

Jane Morse Art offers a 30 day window to contact us for a return, refund or exchange.  If your product is damaged during shipping we will do our best to replace it, or refund you in full.  To return your product for a refund it must still be in the original packaging unopened and untampered with. You will need to send photos providing proof that the product is still in its original packaging before a return label will be sent. Once the product has been returned a refund will be issued. Note your refund may take up to 10 business days to populate in your bank statement.
